Valley Day Spa: (revised 12/23/05)
Guidelines & Service policy:

Return your locker key when leaving the spa.
No smoking in the spa premises. No hair dyeing.
Food or alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the spa.
Intoxicated patrons may not use the spa.
If you are under medical supervision or medication, check with your doctor first.
Cool down before and after each treatment.
Elderly persons or pregnant women should avoid prolonged exposure. Extended exposure to hot water or vapors or heat may be detrimental to the health of persons with heart conditions, diabetes or high or low blood pressure.
Remove any cosmetics or body oil. They inhibit sweating and reduce the effectiveness of spa filters.
Please shower before entering the spas.
Management reserves the right to revoke and/or deny entry to the spa facilities.
Gift certificates are purchased with cash or credit card only. (Checks are not accepted). Gift certificates are not refundable. Gift certificates are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. Packages and series of services must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are not refundable. Only one discount per offer.

NOTE: THE SECOND FLOOR HAS ONLY TREATMENT ROOMS. OUR TREATMENT ROOMS ARE BEST ENJOYED IN A QUIET ENVIRONMENT. THEREFORE THERE SHOULD BE NO TALKING OR LOUD WALKING WITHIN THIS AREA. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

NO REPRESENTATIVE OR VALLEY DAY SPA HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENT OR TO CONTRACT WITH FOR ANY REASON OR TO MAKE ANY AGREEMENT CONTRARY TO THE FOREGOING, UNLESS IT IS IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE

Who can help me decide how to choose my treatment? Our spa manager will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatment. Spa combinations are specially designed to offer you a selection of our spa treatments.

May I request a male or female therapist?
Yes, of course. Whether you choose a person of the same or opposite gender, all of our therapists are trained to drape sheets discreetly over any areas of the body not involved with the treatment and to protect your privacy at all times.

What do I wear during treatment?
You may wear what is comfortable to you.

What about my comfort?
This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music…just tell us.

What about my jewelry and valuables?
Please leave such items at home. Valley Day Spa and its affiliates cannot assume any liabilities. We are not responsible for any lost or missing articles.

Is there a minimum age?
All spa guests must be at least 12 years of age. Salon services are available for all ages.

Should men shave before a facial?
Shaving is not necessary but is recommended. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial then be sure to do so at least two hours prior scheduled appointment.
